When you haven’t got a clue

John 16:1-15 When Jesus tells his disciples that he is leaving them, they can’t process it. They’re clueless! How can they hope to be his witnesses without him around? The Great News of this chapter is that he sends His Spirit to help them – and us – when we haven’t got a clue.

Not at home

John 15:18-21 Sometimes it may be tempting to wish for the “good old days” when our culture was more “Christian” and Christian-friendly, but these words of Jesus make it clear his followers shouldn’t expect a comfortable environment. We’ll discover more about what Jesus meant and how we should live in a world that “hates us”.

Home: our inheritance

John 14:1-14, John 14:22-27 We live in a world where many people are homeless, stateless and anchorless. They need a home! But home is more than getting on the property ladder. Jesus promises us that we can be at home – now and forever!

Holy Week

We begin Holy Week by asking, “What is Easter all about?” Join us this Sunday for a service suitable for children, family and those who don’t normally come to church. Everyone is welcome!
